HIDROIMAGINARIOS: Collective Practice & Investigation

About

Our 2023 pilot program for young adults accompanies participants through a collective & interdisciplinary investigation process. Addressing a shared topic through various methods and approaches, the program prioritizes processes of exploration and dialogue without the need for a determined result.

The first edition of the program (HIDROIMAGINARIOS) invited participants to generate both individual and collective reflections surrounding their daily relationships with water, rivers and the city, as well as the presence of art in public space.

Over the course of one week, participants had the opportunity to explore these questions through site visits, movement practices, conversations and other approaches to artistic work guided by a group of local artists whose practices span different disciplines. To end the week, the group presented the outcomes and learnings of the program collaboratively, through audiovisual, editorials, and visual concepts.
